Refund policy
At Sloane & Co, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
If you've changed your mind about an online purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you'd like to cancel. Items should be returned within a further 14 days of notifying us.
Products should be unopened and in their original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we're unable to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
If you cancel an online order within the statutory cancellation period, we'll refund the cost of the product and the standard delivery charge, where required by law.
Faulty, Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sloaneandco.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging where possible
We'll review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Refunds
Once we've received your returned item, we'll process your refund in accordance with your statutory rights and our returns policy.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

How to start a return
Please email info@sloaneandco.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll guide you through the process and provide the return address and instructions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
